Something that I’ve learned from other experienced coaches like Michel Céré is that when working with people, one of the best ways to help them to grow is to become their mirror. Mirroring other people’s behaviors will reflect to them what is potentially invisible to their eyes and maybe will create some awareness that will lead to changing their ways when interacting and collaborating with others. That’s what I would like to recommend when you face a lack of cooperation from someone in a team; make things visible to them first and then to the team.
